Recently, Lucinda recorded an informative Podcast that talked about the Business Baby Shower Contest.

She was joined by contest judges Andrew Morrison and Stacey Kannenberg who offered tips, advice and ideas on how to complete the Application process and Two-Minute Video submission.

I encourage you to listen and get the inside scoop on what the judges are looking for. More than $20,000 in prizes and media coverage will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. The contest ends April 30th.

A main component of the judging process for each entrant is the video introducing your business.

We want to get to know you better, learn more about your business and understand why winning the Business Baby Shower Contest will help you start or grow a business.

Following is the criteria for each video:

1. Introduction. In your video introduce yourself and your business. Tell us about the products and/or services your business offers. Feel free to give us a tour of your office space, employees (if available) or any other component you feel is important.
2. Why do you want to win? We want to know why you want to win the Business Baby Shower Contest. How will winning help you start or grow a business?
3. Length of video. Videos should not exceed two (2) minutes in length. Videos exceeding this length will be disqualified.
4. Provide us with the link. On the Application you complete, please give us the direct link to your video, which should be loaded on YouTube.com, your website or some other video sharing website. YouTube.com videos are preferred.
